Our experience with LNR and Pilar was very pleasurable. Pilar was very professional, caring, prompt, and looked out for us through the end. The bank messed things up many times, they failed on the closing date several times, but Pilar stayed on them and got all the kinks worked out. She always returned my texts, emails, and phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.

Literally one thing after another, she was very thorough, always answering your emails, texts, voice messages and phone calls(which were many!) in a timely fashion. While I knew there would be more to deal with buying an older home, there were still things that popped up that NEVER crossed my mind. Pilar met every challenge and smoothed them out for us! She walked us through everything, step by step. Throughout the due diligence period, we came upon things that the seller did not know was on his property. In ground oil storage tank, a double septic system and fields, along with propane tanks that he removed because he didn't want to pay for them. Pilar made a lot of calls to the city, county, and state to ensure that all of these issues were resolved. Many countless hours. Pilar was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I only needed a day and 4 visits before knowing which apartment I wanted. My choice is cheaper than what I pay now but much bigger, clean and quiet. I will miss my lake front view but Pilar helped me find a great place.
