When my family discovered Lake Norman and made the move to the "Denver of the East," it quickly became one of the best decisions we've ever made. My three children thrived in this beautiful lake community, building lifelong friendships and attending exceptional schools. Over the years, Lake Norman has truly become home, and I have embraced every opportunity to become actively involved in the community and contribute to its continued growth.

My background in education gave me a deep understanding of people and their unique needs, which naturally led me to a career in real estate. As a Realtor®, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives. I was also honored to receive the Eagle Award in 2023, 2024, and 2025 for achieving more than $12 million in listings taken and sales volume closed. One of my greatest joys is building connections with others while supporting local causes, fundraising efforts, and organizations that strengthen our community.

My passion for service led me to help charter the Exchange Club of Denver/Lake Norman, where I currently serve as President. Our club is dedicated to four important pillars: Americanism, honoring and supporting our veterans and country; Youth, providing scholarships and opportunities for young people in need; Community Service, actively serving our local area through clean-up efforts, partnerships with other organizations, and volunteer projects; and The Prevention of Child Abuse, the Exchange Club's national project and a cause that is especially meaningful to me. Through this work, I have had the privilege of meeting extraordinary people and making a difference alongside others who share a heart for service.

To better serve my clients, I have earned several advanced industry designations recognized by the National Association of Realtors®, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). In addition, I teach new agents at Lake Norman Realty, which allows me to stay current with industry changes and North Carolina Real Estate Commission updates while fulfilling my lifelong passion for education, learning, and mentoring others.
